The Wisdom Council works closely with The Investment Association (IA), and has most recently supported their guidance to fund managers on clearer customer communications.
Published on February 20, the IA guidance is designed to offer practical steps to improving the customer experience around communications. It was informed by a program of research by The Wisdom Council which explored the use of language and customer expectations regarding performance reporting, risk and time horizons.
